Richard Stallings

Richard A. Stallings I, 68, of Indianapolis passed away on November 13, 2021. He was born in Ypsilanti, MI on March 2, 1953 to the late Murl and Ethel Stallings. Richard was a dedicated employee for General Motors, Rolls Royce, Allison Transmissions for 30+ years. He was a simple man, who loved his family. He will be missed by all.

He is survived by his loving wife of 50 years, Roberta “Bobbie” Stallings; his children, Dawn (Eric) Rabe and Richard A. Stallings II (Paula); 7 grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren; and his brothers, Dale and Jimmy Stallings.

Richard is preceded in death by his parents, and his brothers, Gene and Ronnie Stallings.

A visitation will be held on Monday, November 22, 2021 from 12-2PM with a service beginning at 2PM at Flanner Buchanan—Washington Park East, 10722 E Washington St. Indianapolis, IN 46229. Richard will be laid to rest in Washington Park East Cemetery.
