Richard Lee Stanifer

Richard Lee Stanifer, 81 of Indianapolis died February 07, 2018.  Richard was born on August 12, 1936 in Sullivan, IN to Lester Lee and Violet R. (Brown) Stanifer.  Richard served his country in the United States Army.  Richard was a member of First Assembly of God Church Speedway which became New Beginnings Assembly of God Church and recently has been named Life Church 180.  Richard was preceded in death by his loving wife Betty Jean (Grubbs) Stanifer on December 10, 2016 and he was also preceded in death by four brothers; Randall, Raymond, Russell and Ralph Stanifer.  Richard is survived by their son; Paul Gene (Vicky) Stanifer and his grandchildren; John and Laura Stanifer and his brother; Ronald (Erlene) Stanifer.  Funeral Services will be held on Monday February 12, 2018 at Flanner Buchanan-Floral Park at 2 pm with calling an hour prior to the service.  Burial will be in Floral Park Cemetery.  Memorial contributions may be given to New Beginning Assembly of God Church 3744 South Lynhurst Drive Indianapolis, IN 46241.
