Richard (Dick) F. Terwilliger

Richard (Dick) F. Terwilliger, 95, passed away peacefully on Sunday, August 18, 2024.

Dick was born to Arthur A. Terwilliger and Ruth (Hawthorn) Terwilliger on July 13, 1929, in Indianapolis, Indiana. 

Dick traveled the world while he served in the United States Air Force for four years. After being discharged, he returned home to Indianapolis, where he became the co-owner of two Ace Hardware stores with his father. He would go on to manage Cotter & Co. in Chicago.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, August 28, 2024, from 12:00 pm to 1:00 pm at Hoosier Village Chapel, 9787 Hoosier Village Drive, Indianapolis, IN 46268, with a service to immediately follow at 1:00 pm. Burial will take place following the service at Washington Park East Cemetery, 10612 E. Washington St, Indianapolis, IN 46229.
