Richard "Dick" Lee Newkirk

Richard “Dick” L. Newkirk, 85, of Pittsboro, Indiana passed away February 2, 2021.  He can best be remembered by his out-going personality, his ability to make friends and his love of family.

He enjoyed woodworking, racing, his dogs and owning B&D Campground.

Richard is survived by his loving wife, Barbara, his daughters, Marsha (Martin) Sneed, Patricia Hyatt, his step-children:  Toni (Brian) Hewson, Penny (Mike) Smith, Robin Sullivan, Brian Sullivan and Tracy (Steve) Moore, as well as 9 grandchildren, and 10 great-grandchildren.

Richard was preceded in death by his parents and his daughter, Susan.
