Richard was married to Beverly Jo and was blessed with 3 children: Julie, Ronald, and Richard Bailey.
Richard is survived by his children; Julie Hauck, Ronald Bailey, Richard (Lori) Bailey. His grandchildren; Richard (Sharmyn) Bailey, Robbie (Bayli) Bailey, Ryan (Mandi) Bailey, David (Lisa) Hauck, Lindsey (Brandon) True. His four great grandchildren; Breanna, Blake, Parker, Gabriel.
Richard was preceded in death by his wife Beverly Jo; his parents Garland and Julia Bailey; and his two siblings Robert Bailey and Judith Burkes.
