Richard A. Myers

Richard A. Myers, 69, of Indianapolis,passed away December 8, 2016. He wasborn July 20, 1947 in Indianapolis the son of the late Kenneth Myers andPauline (Mercer) White. He graduatedfrom Purdue University and retired from the Indianapolis Public School System after44 years. He served as the Chief Operating Officer for the last several years. Hewas an animal lover and a member of the Old Oakland Golf Club. He was preceded in death by his parents andhis step-father, Don White.

Richard is survived by hiswife, Carol Birdsong Myers and many friends.

Funeral services will be held 3:00 PM Saturday,December 17, 2016 at Flanner and Buchanan-Washington ParkEast, 10722 E. Washington St., Indianapolis, IN 46229. The family will receivevisitors from 1:00 PM until theservice time on Saturday. A private burial inWashington Park East Cemetery will be at a later date.
