Renate Crowell

Renate Marie Crowell (Gajduschek), 77, of  Indianapolis, passed away on August 10, 2020. Renate was born to the late Adolf and Edith Gajduschek in Belitz, Germany. Renate could be remembered and admired for her stubborn and feisty personality. She was driven and orderly, but always prioritized her family. She never knew a stranger and had a very giving nature. She worked very hard as an Executive Team Leader for Target for many years. Renate was one of a kind and will most certainly be missed by all the lives she touched.

Renate is survived by her loving husband of 57 years, Robert L. Crowell; her children, Karen Ward (David) and Robert L Crowell Jr. (Kimberly); her grandchildren, Gillian Ward, Kaylee Crowell, Alex Crowell, Tessa Crowell; and her sister, Brigitte Zieglmeier.

Renate is preceded in death by her twin sister, Helga Gajduschek.

A celebration of life will be held at Flanner Buchanan-Washington Park East. Renate will be laid to rest in Washington Park East Cemetery.
