Razija Fetahagic

Raza Fetahagic, age 88, loving mother of Alen (Julia) Fetahagic and Sanda Fetahagic, and adoring grandmother to Eva Fetahagic, passed away on December 7, 2024. She was preceeded in death by her husband Miralem Fetahagic, her parents and 5 siblings. Her only living sibling is her sister Sanka Rizvanovic livng in Bosnia-Herzegovina.  

Raza was born on November 2, 1936 in Yugoslavia and worked in the chemical lab at Industrial Tools Factory for thirty-five years. She met her loving husband on the korzo in the small town of Trebinje and they were married for 52 years and had 2 children. They immigrated with their son and daughter from Yugoslavia in 1993 during the Yugoslav Wars to Indianapolis, Indiana. 

 Raza was a kind, generous and caring lady. She always welcomed family, friends, and sometimes strangers into her home with an open heart and a warm meal. She loved to cook and was known to make homemade bread, cakes and pita, but her favorite past time was caring for her family and especially her only grandchild, Eva. 

 She will be greatly missed by her family and friends who adored her with all of their hearts. Goodbye to a wonderful woman and charitable mother.
