Ralph E. Thomas

Ralph E. Thomas died July 11, 2018. Ralph was born on November 4, 1934 to Jay and Marie Thomas in Clinton, IN. He graduated from Clinton High School in 1952. Ralph is survived by his loving wife, Wanda Marie Thomas, Daughter, Debra L. Dick (Terry) of Westfield, Terri Rush of Indianapolis. Sons, Perry Gilaspy of Greenfield, Greg Gilaspy (Bev) of Carthage. He had 8 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren. Brother, Ron Thomas (Judy) of Indianapolis. Preceding Ralph in death are his parents, Jay and Marie Thomas, brother, Jay (Barb), Roy (Betty), sister Margaret Gruse of Clinton, In. and brother John (Mary) of Brazil. There are many nieces and nephews. Ralph took early retirement from Ford Motor Co. in 1991. He worked for Ford Wulfrath plant in Germany for a few months after retirement and TRW, Bates Honing Co. He was loved and respected by everyone.
A Service will be held for Ralph at Flanner Buchanan – Washington Park East, 10722 E. Washington St., Indianapolis, on Wednesday, July 18, 2018 at 12pm with a visitation period for friends and family beginning two hours prior. Burial: Washington Park East Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions can be made to the Alzheimer’s Association.
