Phyllis L. (Mccormack) Couse Freese

    Phyllis L. (Couse) Freese, age 92, of Indianapolis, passed away January 22, 2018.  Phyllis was born on August 5, 1925 to the late Harry and Nora McCormack.

    Phyllis is survived by her children Jack Couse (Diane), Cheryl McCormack, Claudia Hayes (Larry), Timothy Couse (Beth), Kimberly Hartman (Rick), Jeffrey Couse (Holly), and Christopher Couse (Lisa); 25 grand-children and 45 great-grandchildren. 

    Phyllis was preceded in death by her husbands, Jack Couse, Bud Freese; 7 siblings; and daughter Nicholette Wilkerson.  

    In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to Riley Hospital for Children. 

    Calling will be held from 10am-12pm on Friday January 26, 2018 at Flanner Buchanan- Washington Park East. Funeral services immediately following.
