Phyllis B. Gum

Phyllis Bain Gum, 78, of New Palestine, Indiana passed away on December 23, 2020.

Phyllis was born March 28, 1942 to Harrison and Juanita Cornette in Benham, Kentucky, where she later graduated Benham High School. Sometime later after graduation, she met her soon to be husband, Ted Gum. They were later married on October 17, 1964. They had two loving daughters, Kelly Orr and Anita Villanueva. Ted and Phyllis eventually moved to New Palestine, Indiana, where they were later blessed with five grandchildren: Anthony, James, David, Kayla, Courtney and one great-granddaughter, Lincoln.

Phyllis was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and friend. She will be dearly missed by all who knew her.

Services will be held privately with interment to follow at Memorial Park Cemetery.
