Phillip Wayne Rader

Phillip Wayne Rader, 78, Indianapolis, passed away November 11, 2016. He is survived by his children, Becky, Linda Myers, Rick, and three grandchildren, Spencer and Melina Myers, and Reece Rader. Memorial contributions may be made to the Indiana Sheriffs Association or the Shriner’s Hospitals for Children. Visitation will be held Saturday from 12pm until 1pm at Flanner and Buchanan-Oaklawn Memorial Gardens (Conner Suite). A memorial service will begin there at 1pm.
