Philip Benjamin Schaust

Philip Benjamin Schaust ,40, son of Robert and Catherine Schaust, who preceded him in death.  Brother to Brian Schaust, who also preceded him in death.  Brother to Gregory Schaust, that survives him. Philip was a graduate of Purdue University with a master’s in English education. He taught English courses as a graduate student at Purdue for several years.  He eventually left school and took a job at Amazon IND1 location.  He worked as a problem solving and inventory specialist for inbound receiving for 5 years.  He loved all types of games including chess, of which he was highly accomplished.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, May 7, 2022 from 12:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m. at Flanner Buchanan – Oaklawn Memorial Gardens, 9700 Allisonville Road, Indianapolis, IN 46250, where services will immediately follow, beginning at 2:00 p.m.
