Pauline Ann Bower

   Pauline Ann Bower, a beloved homemaker and mother, passed away on June 27, 2024, in Avon, Indiana. She was born on December 8, 1931, in Batesville Indiana to The Late Lester and Stella Hertel.

   Pauline dedicated her life to caring for her family and creating a warm and loving home. Her nurturing spirit touched the lives of all who knew her. She was devoted wife to her late husband John Bower Sr., and a loving mother to her children. In addition to her parents and husband her children: Patricia Lloyd, John Bower Jr., Anthony Bower, and Ronald Bower proceeded her in death. 

     Pauline is survived by her daughter Elizabeth (Doug) Kyle, son Thomas Bower, daughter Leslie Summers, daughter-in-law Kathy Bower, along with 15 Grandchildren, 30 Great Grandchildren, and 3 Great-Great Grandchildren. Her legacy of love and compassion will continue to live on through them.

     The visitation for Pauline Ann Bower will take place on Sunday, July 7, 2024, from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM at Flanner Buchanan - Speedway in Indianapolis. The Rosary will be performed at 3:45 PM. The funeral service will be held on Monday July 8, 2024, at Saint Gabriel the Archangel Catholic Church 6000 W 38th Street Speedway, Indiana with visitation at 10:00 am and a memorial mass at 11:00 AM.

     Pauline will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing her. May she rest in peace knowing that her kindness and love have left an indelible mark on the hearts of many.
