Paul Richard Schlienz

Paul Richard Schlienz, of Indianapolis, Indiana passed away December 30, 2024, at the age of 79 years old. He was born on June 13, 1945, in Englewood, New Jersey to the late Ralph William and Gertrude Bertha (Winkler) Schlienz. Paul was a Tool and Die Maker for Amtrack for many years prior to his retirement in 2008. He proudly served our country in the United States Army. Paul is survived by his loving wife, Janet Elaine (Mileski) Schlienz, his son, Scott, his granddaughter, Vanessa, his stepchildren, Darleena, David, his sisters, Catherine Saladino, Nancy (James) Mansfield, his extended family, and a host of friends. Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, Robert Schlienz. The family would like to invite you to join them on Saturday, January 11, 2025, from 12:00pm-2:00pm for a Memorial Gathering to share your stories, and memories with his family at Flanner Buchanan Decatur Township 5463 Kentucky Avenue Indianapolis, Indiana. Immediately following the gathering there will be a Memorial Service to honor his life at 2:00pm. Father Jude Sahayam will officiate the Memorial Service.
