Paul A. Mcroy

Paul A. “Frog” McRoy 81, of Indianapolis passed away Wednesday, December 28, 2022. Paul was born to James and Deanie (Costelow) McRoy on June 13, 1941. Paul married Marjorie S. Tague on May 31, 1968. He was a United States Navy Veteran and served with the Indianapolis Fire Department for 35 years. Paul was also a stagehand with I.A.T.S.E. local #30 for 25 years. Paul is preceded in death by his parents, one son, Brain Keith McRoy Sr.  He is survived by his wife, Marjorie “Sharon” McRoy, two stepdaughters, Jamie L. Smith and Lisa D. Phillips, stepson, Bruce Koon, son-in-law, Jeffery Smith, two grandchildren, Brian McRoy Jr. and Marcus McRoy, 6 step-grandchildren, nine step-great grandchildren and one step-great great grandchild.

Visitation will be Tuesday, January 3, 2023, from 4pm to 8pm at Flanner Buchanan – Speedway with additional visitation on Wednesday, January 4, from 9am to 10am. Funeral service will begin at 10am. Paul will be entombed at West Ridge Park Cemetery.
