Patrick Gordon Cantwell

Patrick Gordon Cantwell, age 71 of Indianapolis passed away on July 9, 2017. He was born June 18, 1946 in Frankfort, Indiana. After he graduated from Arsenal Technical High School, he served in the US Air Force until 1969. He married Doris Kelly on December 16, 1967. After 32 years of service, Pat retired from Rexnord, formerly FMC/Link Belt, as a Tool and Die Crib Attendant. He was a member of Bethel Family Worship Center and enjoyed fishing, bowling, softball and vacationing in Myrtle Beach.

Surviving to cherish his memory are his wife of 49 years, Doris, his children, Kelly Kinkead and Gary (Val) Cantwell, his brother, Mike (Judy) Cantwell, grandchildren, Tyler (Kirstin) Lawson, Adam Cantwell and Monica (Zach) Chris and great-grandchildren, Connor and Kaleb.

Friends may visit from 4-7 PM Tuesday, July 11, 2017 at Flanner and Buchanan – Decatur Township, 5463 Kentucky Avenue, Indianapolis. A celebration of his life will be at 10 AM Wednesday at Bethel Family Worship Center, 24 S. Lynhurst Dr., Indianapolis, IN 46241 with Pastor Russell Hylton conducting the service.
