Patricia Waldon Hackler Wolf

Pat, 87, of Avon, IN was born in Terre Haute, IN on July 13, 1931 to Marion and Myrta Waldon. She went to be with the Lord on September 12, 2018. She is survived to cherish her memory by her daughters, Sandra Owens and Pamela Johnson, three granddaughters, Nicole White (Rodney, Jr.), Lisa Asher (Patrick) and Laura Fleehearty (Matthew); ten great grandchildren, Nevaeh, Neo, Aeja, Emoni, Airiana, and Tiaira White, Rachel and James Asher, Lilly and Allison Fleehearty; sister Mae Owens; sister-in-law Violet Waldon; brother-in-law Kenneth Nolan (Patty) Hackler; several nieces and nephews; and husband Camden Lee Wolf and family. She was preceded in death by her parents; brothers, Roy, James, Gerald Waldon; sisters, Norma McFadden, Mary Preece, Carolyn Willis; son-in-law Darcy Eric Owens; her first husband Hassel LaVerl Hackler; four step-brothers and one step-sister. She worked for many years in various positions retiring from Indiana State Teacher’s Association. She was a member of the Decatur Township Church of Christ.  Everyone who knew Pat loved her kind, caring, enthusiastic and spunky spirit. She enjoyed music, singing, watching birds, and her flowers. Her greatest joy was spending time with family and friends at wonderful parties and celebrations. She will be greatly missed and forever in our hearts. Visitation will be Friday, September 14, 2018 from 4 to 8 pm at Flanner Buchanan-Decatur Township. Services will be Saturday, September 15, 2018 at 11 am at Flanner Buchanan-Decatur Township. Burial will follow at West Ridge Park Cemetery.
