Patricia Evans was born June 10, 1940 in Rushville, Indiana to Jessie E. Eckhart and Mary Frances Eckhart. Her mother, father and three brothers preceded her in death.
Patricia professed a hope in Christ at an early age where she attended Plum Creek Christian Church. She received her early education in Rushville Public School and then completed her education by graduating from Rushville High School.
Patricia moved to Indianapolis after High School where she later was united in Holy Matrimony to William H. Evans, and to this union, 7 children were born.
Patricia was a homemaker to her husband and 7 children, then started her own babysitting service in her home. She touched the lives of many children, 1st and 2nd generations, during this time.
Patricia enjoyed traveling, spending time with her children and friends, and loved the outdoors! Feeding the squirrels and birds was one of her favorite pastimes during fresh spring and Fall days.
Patricia leaves to cherish her memory: daughters, Mickey (Norman) Roberts, Tina (Mike) Koenig, Terry Evans, Stormie Evans, Tracey Evans, and Kelly Evans; her son William Scott Evans; 13 grandchildren: Brian, Brandon, Sean, Cecill, India, Micheal, Shane, Blair, Raven, Falon, Brent, Blake, and Iyana; 5 great-grandchildren: Bralyn, Cameron, Apollo, Akai, and Jersey; as well as a host of other family and friends.
