Patricia "Patsy" Brewer

Patricia “Patsy” Brewer of Maxwell, IN (presently residing in Franklin, IN), passed away peacefully February 19, 2020 surrounded by her loving family at the age of 81.

Patsy was born November 24, 1938 in Seneath, MO to the late Lloyd and Ula Wells.  They moved to Indiana, and she graduated from Maxwell High School in 1956.

She married Sam Brewer in the late 1950’s.  She spent over 30 years working for Western Electric. Her hobbies included shopping, flower gardening, crafts, decorating, and family vacations.  She was always laughing and focusing on happy times.

She is survived by her daughters Robin E. Greenwalt (Paul) and Roxanne Tweedy (Tony “Bones”); grandchildren Christopher Lee Robbins (Angie Lamb), Matthew Allen Robbins (Cidney), and Jeremy Kane Robbins (Lauren); great-grandchildren Ashley, Laci, Nikki, Vivian, Grayson, and Easton; sister Wanda Roe; and brother-in-law Bob Gibbs.

She was preceded in death by her husband Sam Brewer; grandson Eric Wayne Robbins; and siblings Betty Taylor Addison and Shirley Gibbs.

Visitation will be held Monday, February 24 from 4 to 6 PM with a Funeral Service beginning at 6 PM at Flanner Buchanan – Washington Park East, 10722 E. Washington St, Indianapolis, IN 46229. She will be laid to rest next to her husband Sam at Washington Park East Cemetery.
