It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Patricia Otto Robertson of Brownsburg, 82, on October 22, 2021.
Patricia was born in Indianapolis on January 31, 1939 to the late Joseph Earl Otto and Ann (Rus) Otto. She graduated from Ben Davis High School in 1957 and began working at Indiana Gas. Patricia then worked for WIBC Radio Station, an Indianapolis Motor Speedway Network, until 1963. While starting a family, she sold Avon Products from her home, which allowed her to be involved in her children’s early school years. In 1980, she had the opportunity to resume her professional career with Allison Gas Turbine / Rolls-Royce as an Executive Secretary retiring in 2002.
Patricia was a member of Lakeview Church for 20 years and a part of the Hospitality Team where she enjoyed greeting people at the 9 am service. She was also very active in the Phi Beta Psi Organization in Brownsburg, where their mission was cancer research. The Red Hats in Brownsburg were also important to her, as she enjoyed meeting friends for lunch and catching up.
Patricia was a loving and caring wife, mother, grandma (Momo), great-grandma, and friend to many. She is survived by her husband of 60 years, James Robertson, son James II (Tina) Robertson, daughter Michelle (Robert) Morgan, grandson Michael (Katie) Robertson, granddaughter Ashley Morgan, grandson Kyle Morgan, and great grandson Titus Robertson.
Visitation and funeral service will be held Saturday November 13 at Flanner Buchanan -Washington Park North. Visitation from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm with service at 12:00 pm followed by a graveside service. Memorial contributions may be made to Shriners Hospital for Children, 510 North New Jersey Street Indianapolis, IN 46204.
