Patricia Melton Simpson

69, of Indianapolis, Indiana, passed away on August 30, 2021.  Patricia was born on April 13, 1952 in Louisville, Kentucky to the late Norman and Garland Joyce Melton.  She had worked as a Production Scheduler for 28 years for Reilly Industries.  She had also worked as a Transportation Planner for 8 years for Shorewood Packing.  She was preceded in death by her husband, Steve R. Simpson, her parents, and brothers Bobby Melton and Paul Melton.  She is survived by her sons, Phillip and Steven Simpson; daughter-in-law, Shelley Simpson; siblings, Pat Melton and Paula Winters; grandchildren, Taylor Simpson, Chloey George, Chandler Simpson and Kendyl Simpson; great-grandchildren, Berkleigh Berry and Kash Newlin.  Visitation will be Thursday, September 9, 2021 from 4pm to 8pm at Flanner Buchanan-Floral Park.  Service will be Friday, September 10, 2021 at 11 am at Flanner Buchanan-Floral Park.  Burial will follow at Floral Park Cemetery.
