Patricia May Hill-Anderson-Saloum
81, of Indianapolis, passed away April 11, 2019. She was born on November 6, 1937 in Charleston, West Virginia as the daughter of Keith and Okal Hill.
After graduating Nitro high school, Patricia attended Marshall University and went on to receive an associate degree in business from there. Patricia was an amazingly talented musician and loved to play the piano. Throughout the years, Patricia was able to pass along her love to music to others around her. She gave piano lessons and was even caught saying that the reason her son, Jeff, was so musically talented, was due to her playing the piano everyday while she was pregnant. Patricia was also known for her personalized cards. She would spend hours on her computer making a card for someone’s birthday, a get-well card, or just a “I’m thinking of you” card. Her love and care that was put into each of these gifts was, and always will be, cherished by all that received them. Patricia had a love for butterflies, she enjoyed traveling, playing games on her computer, watching movies, reading books, going shopping, and playing cards. Patricia will be loved and missed by all who knew her.
Patricia is survived by her son, Jeff (Janet) Anderson; brother, Jerry (June) Hill; 2 nieces; a nephew; and two great nieces.
She was preceded in death by her parents, listed above; first husband, Willard Anderson; second husband, Charles Saloum; and son, Brian Anderson.
