Patricia Feldmann passed away on September 20, 2023, at the age of 96. She was born on November 17, 1926, in Mount Vernon, Illinois to George and Ruby Herbert. Pat attended Bradford Junior College for two years and graduated from Washington University in St. Louis, Missouri. She married Herbert B. Feldmann in 1948. After moving to Indianapolis and raising three children, Pat embarked on a career in real estate with F.C. Tucker in 1977. She became one of the top producing agents in the city.
Over her lifetime, Pat was a member of and generously supported many causes and organizations, including Second Presbyterian Church, Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central Indiana, St. Margaret’s Hospital Guild, Kappa Kappa Gamma, P.E.O., IMA, Colonial Dames, Indiana Historical Society, Jamestown Society, and Society of Indiana Pioneers.
Pat and Herb had a passion for Indiana art and antiques. They loved to travel, especially on large family trips. Pat was an avid tennis player with a competitive spirit. She enjoyed reading and participating in book clubs. She was known to have a sweet tooth and often ate dessert first.
Patricia is survived by her son Herb (Debbie) Feldmann, daughter Dana (Jim) Olsen, daughter Amy (Michael) Bartosz, and granddaughter Emma Bartosz. She is preceded in death by her husband Herbert B. Feldmann and two sisters, Georgann Herbert and Mariann Honig.
There will be a privately held family service. Memorial contributions may be made in her name to Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central Indiana.
