Patricia Ann (Singelmann) Vesper

78, passed away on June 26, 2020. She was born in Chicago, IL on October 1, 1941 to the late Oliver P and Ann (Fitzgerald) Singelmann. She graduated from Rosary College. She had a fulfilling career supervising adoptions and foster families with the Indiana Adoption Resource Exchange, Department of Public Welfare (now part of the Department of Child Services).  After retirement, she worked in retail and then was very active with the Society of St. Vincent de Paul as well as Birthline and the Office of Human Life and Dignity of the Archdiocese of Indianapolis.

She was a devoted daughter, sister, mother, and grandmother. She collected cat figures and had a lifelong devotion to the wellbeing of children.

She is survived by her brother Tom Singelmann of Louisiana, sons David (Lara) of Carmel, Chris (Laurie) of Powder Springs, GA, Tim of Indianapolis, and grandchildren Benjamin, James, Evan, Hannah, and Daniel.

Funeral mass is July 2, 2020 11:00 AM at St Luke Catholic Church, 7575 Holliday Dr E, Indianapolis, IN 46260, with burial to follow. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Office of Human Life and Dignity of the Archdiocese of Indianapolis. Arrangements are entrusted to Flanner and Buchanan-Broad Ripple.
