Patricia Ann "Pat" (Constantine) Rexroat

Patricia Ann “Pat” (Constantine) Rexroat, 89, of Indianapolis, IN passed away on July 24, 2022.  Patricia was born in Lexington, KY on March 20, 1933, to parents, Raymond M. and Florence H. (Osborne) Constantine.  She retired from Mr. D’s Markets, in 1990.

Patricia was preceded in death by sons, Richard Wallace and Timothy Sloan; and siblings: Martin Constantine, Elenore Constantine, Marlene Kennedy and Laura Constantine.

She is survived by her children: Michael Wallace, Eleanor “Kitty” Douglas (Bobby), Steven Sloan and Lisa M. Wright (Paul); brother, James Constantine; sister, Deborah “Debbie” Carter; 16 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren and many other extended family members.

Visitation will be held from 5pm until 8pm, Thursday, July 28, 2022 at Flanner Buchanan-Washington Park East (10722 E. Washington St, Indpls), where funeral services will be held at 11am on Friday, July 29^th.  Inurnment will be private in Washington Park East Cemetery.
