Patricia Ann McClellan, 69, of Greenwood, Indiana passed away peacefully January 26th, 2022. She was born November 30th, 1952, in Kokomo, Indiana to parents Robert and Hertha (Little) White.
She was a 1970 graduate of Western High School and went on to pursue a career in nursing. Pat received her bachelor’s degree in nursing from IU Kokomo School of Nursing. She worked as a nurse for many, many years at various hospitals in the Indianapolis area, and after “retiring” began working as a hospice nurse. Pat loved to share her nursing stories and experiences.
In June 1986, Pat married the love of her life, Richard McClellan. They shared 21 wonderful years together and raised three beautiful children Aaron, Cynthia, and James. Richard passed away in 2007.
Pat was a vibrant, loving woman with a strong work ethic, and a huge heart. She was a devoted mother, always heavily involved in her children’s activities, passionately cheering them on from the sidelines. Pat was a talented seamstress and enjoyed knitting and crocheting. She was an avid Coca-Cola collector, spending countless hours hunting and collecting everything Coke. Above all, Pat loved spending time with her children, grandchildren, and family.
Pat is survived by her children Aaron McClellan, Cynthia Reinbold, and James (Amy) McClellan; grandchildren Cameron Reinbold, Jameson McClellan, and Kylie McClellan; sisters Cindy Britton and Ruth Chambers; nieces and nephews Alisa Keys, Eric Pfleider, Staci White, Stephanie Taylor, Amanda King, Robert White, Will Britton and Kate Chambers.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Robert and Hertha; her loving husband Richard; and her brother John White.
Pat’s visitation will be Sunday January 30th, at Flanner Buchanan Memorial Park from 11am-1pm. Her funeral will begin at 1pm. Pat will be laid to rest at Memorial Park cemetery.
