Pamela Ann Miller Vornholt

73, of Indianapolis, Indiana, passed away on March 5, 2021.  Pamela was born on August 22, 1947 in Indianapolis, Indiana to the late Richard and Betty Miller.  She attended I.U.P.U.I.  She was an Officer for the Indianapolis Police Department. for eleven years and retired as a Detective for the Palm Beach Sheriff’s Department.  She was a member of St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church and the F.O.P.  She was preceded in death by daughter, Kimberly Elliott; sister, Kathy Garcia and her parents.  She is survived by her husband, James Vornholt; step-daughter, Jami (Jim) Miller; grandson, Jacob Wagner; granddaughter, Blythe Miller; sisters, Sally Simcox and Judy Poskey; brothers, Richard, William (Sandi) and James Miller; nieces, Emily Simcox and Sara Brugger; nephew, Jacob Bryan; aunt, Barbara Lyons and beloved pet, Calvin.  Visitation will be Wednesday, March 10, 2021 from 1 pm to 3 pm at Flanner Buchanan-Floral Park.  Funeral service will be at 3 pm at Flanner Buchanan-Floral Park.  Burial will follow at Floral Park Cemetery.  Memorial contributions may be made to ASPCA.
