Oliver Leslie Warner

Oliver Leslie Warner, 93, of Zionsville, passed away on November 7, 2015 at Zionsville Meadows.
Born on December 26, 1921 to the late Lorena Oliver Warner and Bert A. Warner in Montgomery County, IN. Oliver received his Bachelor of Agricultural Education from Purdue University and his Masters of School Administration from Butler University. He served in the United States Army from 1944 to 1946. Oliver retired in 1987 from Eagle Union Community School Corp. in 1987 after 40 years, starting first as a teacher, then serving as principal and ending his career as assistant superintendent.
Oliver is survived by his loving wife of 71 years, Berniece Robbins Warner, children, Allen Warner (Jean), Elaine Stone, Eloise Tinsley (Bill), Ellen Powers (Jeff), Ted Warner, 7 grandchildren, and 4 great grand-children.
A calling will be on Monday November 9, at Zionsville Fellowship Church, 9090 W. Oak Street from 4-7pm and a service will take place 10am on Tuesday November 10, 2015 at the church.
