Norman C. Sipes

Norman C. Sipes, 80 of Bedford died October 29, 2019 at Bloomington Hospital. He was born August 26, 1939 in Martin County, IN to Jasper “Jack” and Lillian (Hamilton) Sipes. He married Barbara Joan Hehe in July 1956, and she preceded him in death September 2, 1993. He married Gail Barnes and she survives. He worked for Traders Point Hunt Club for 50 years.  He loved being a professional Huntsman. Survivors include his wife Gail Sipes; daughter Sherry Stolle (John); step-daughter Vicki Schubert; step-son Bob Schubert; grandchildren Alisha Brenneke (Nick), Amber Borcherding, Jordin Schubert, and Chelsie Schubert; and great-grandson Noah Borcherding; brothers Dexter Sipes (Becky) and Bob Sipes (Letha); sister Patty Gilson (Mark); many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends; as well as his beloved dog Pete. He was preceded in death by his parents, wife Joan, and sister Phyllis Brock. Graveside services will be held at 2 PM Saturday, November 9 at Salem Cemetery, Zionsville, IN.
