Norma G. Gonzales, 92, of Noblesville, joined our Lord Jesus Christ on February 28, 2025. She was born on October 14, 1932, in Nasugbu, Batangas, Philippines. She is the daughter of the late Jacinto Garcia and Maria Crisostomo.
In retirement, Norma enjoyed taking care of her grandchildren. She was a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother who will be deeply missed. Norma earned her college degree at the University of the East, and taught in a local High School in the Philippines. She also worked as a supervisor in Census, where she met the love of her life, Cesar Gonzales. They were married for 64 years. Norma immediately followed Cesar, after he passed on January 16, 2025.
She was survived by her three children, Merlin (Annie) Gonzales, May (James) Gonzales-Purnell, and Maricar (Jeffrey) Gonzales Duke; twelve grandchildren, Kayla, Andrew, Joshua, Mack, Ceasar, Aaron, Kevin, Kim, Ceasar, Jeffrey Jr., Ethan, and Eli; seven great grandchildren, Hendrix, Makena, Nora, Axel, Luna, Isaac, and Manny; and one sister Perlita Hartman.
Funeral services will be at 2:00 p.m. Wenesday, March 5, 2025, at Flanner Buchanan – Hamilton Memorial Park (Prairie Waters), 4180 Westfield Road.
