63, of Indianapolis, Indiana, passed away on January 20, 2022. Noel was born on August 14, 1958, in Indianapolis, Indiana to the late Loretta and Audie Junior Works. He was a graduate of Ben Davis High School. He was a retired House Painter and an Army Veteran. He was preceded in death by his sister, Jeannie Heath; longtime companion, Donna Boyd and his parents. He is survived by his daughters, Carrie Ybarra and Brandy Works; siblings, Lois McMasters, Cheryl (Larry) Myers, Angela (Bill) Brown and Audie J. (Laurie) Works and grandchildren, Savanna and Dominic Ybarra and Ally James. A memorial service will be held on Thursday, January 27, 2022, at 4 pm at Flanner Buchanan-Floral Park. Burial will take place, at a later date, at West Ridge Park Cemetery.
