Nina M. Holt

Nina M. Holt, 81 of Indianapolis, passed away on November 6, 2018.

Nina was born on October 6, 1937 in Bugtussle, Kentucky to the late Odell and Bessie Wheeler. She retired from RCA after nearly 30 years, and later went to Eli Lilly where she worked for over 15 years and finally retired in 2007. She was a faithful fan of Wheel of Fortune, loved shopping with her daughters, and spending time with her grandkids and great-grandkids. She will be dearly missed by all who knew her.

She leaves behind her daughters, Sharla (Gerald) Kirby and Sheila (Karl) Cargal; grandchildren, Gerald Eugene (Kierria), Christopher Michael (Apryl), Kyle Douglas (Lindsay), Jaime Lynn (Kamil), Amanda Dawn (Kenny); great-grandchildren, Alivia, Caitlyn, William, Landen, Tristan, Isabella, Oliver, Andrew, and one more on the way; siblings, Dixie (Charles) Doyle and Jerry Wheeler. She was preceded in death by her loving husband, Luciean “Gene”; son, Michael Anthony Wheeler; parents, and 5 siblings

A funeral service will take place, 1:00pm on Saturday, November 10, 2018 with visitation from 5:00-8:00pm on Friday, November 9, 2018 at Flanner Buchanan- Washington Park East.
