Indianapolis - Natalia Castaneda Castro, 77, went to be with our Lord on July 6th, 2024 peacefully at home after her long battle with cancer.
Born in Zacatecas, Mexico Natalia was one of ten children of Esteban and Leonor Castro. Natalia grew up in Zacatecas and later came to America with her father as a teenager. Natalia met the love of her life in Mexico, Heriberto Castaneda, who later came to America with her. Natalia and Heriberto had 6 children, Estella, Jose, Eddie, Melinda, Melisa, and Dianna. Natalia worked at Woodstock Country Club for 44 years and loved every second as Woodstock was her second home. She loved flowers, cooking, and being surrounded by family. Her amazing heart brought everyone together and created memories we will always cherish.
Natalia is survived by her six children, twenty-one grandchildren, and 8 great grandchildren, along with her brothers, sisters, mother and several nieces and nephews.
