Nancy L. Morse

Nancy L. Morse, age 85, of Indianapolis, passed away on July 30, 2018. Nancy was born in New Albany, IN on August 28, 1932 to her parents, Benjamin “Ben” and Martha (Pate) Avery. Nancy retired from Community Hospital East, where she served a long career as a nurse.

Nancy was a devoted wife and loving mother. She was extremely proud of each of her four children, supporting them in any way she could. Nancy lived life to the fullest. She enjoyed traveling, especially the family trips to Italy, Spain and the Cayman Islands and the cruises she enjoyed with her dear friends. Her adventurous spirit even led to her late husband teaching her how to scuba dive, which she very much enjoyed.

Nancy was preceded in death by her husband, Robert P. “Bob” Morse and her parents, Ben and Martha. She will be lovingly missed by her beloved children: Susan Lasich, Rob Lasich (Carrie), Jack Lasich and Beth Lasich; and one sister, Helen Kuhn.

Friends may gather from 4pm until 7pm on Thursday, August 2, 2018 at Flanner Buchanan- Broad Ripple, 1305 Broad Ripple Ave., Indianapolis. Her burial will be held privately at Crown Hill Cemetery.
