Nancy Ann Begeman

Nancy Ann Begeman, 86, died Nov. 22 at Community Heart and Vascular Hospital in Indianapolis after a brief illness.

Nan was born Dec. 20, 1931, in Liberty, Indiana. She graduated from New Castle High School in 1949.
Before her retirement, Nan worked as an underwriter for Travelers Insurance and Aetna. She enjoyed watching sports on TV, gardening and raising five beloved dachsunds, including Posey, who survives.

Nan was preceded in death by her parents, John and Thelma Begeman.
She is survived by her cousins, Judy Kelley, Betsy Weber, Jack Francisco and Brian Francisco.

A graveside service is set for 1 p.m. Friday, Nov. 30, at Memorial Park Cemetery in Indianapolis. Flanner Buchanan – Memorial Park is in charge of arrangements.
