Monroe Wiley -Bill- Hockman

Monroe W. “Bill” Hockman,85 of Nineveh, IN, passed away June 3, 2017. Bill was a US Army Veteran of the Korean War and of the Indiana NationalGuard. He retired from Conrail as aConductor after more than 30 years. Hewas preceded in death by his son, William Delbert Hockman and several brothersand sisters.

Surviving is his wife,Patricia A. (Fisher) Hockman; son, Duston Scott Hockman and daughter ChristieL. Hale (Gregory), foster daughter, Brenda Hughes; 4 grandchildren, 4great-grandchildren and 2 great great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held 2:00 PM, Friday, June 9, 2017 atFlanner and Buchanan-Washington Park East, 10722 E. Washington St.,Indianapolis, IN 46229. Visitation is 1 hour prior to the service. Burial will be in Washington Park EastCemetery with military rites.
