Mildred "Mickey" M. Lee

Mildred M. “Mickey” Lee, 94 of Carmel, IN, formerly of Fremont, OH, passed away Wednesday, July 15, 2020. Mildred was born March 2, 1926 in Helena, OH to the late Grover and Mae Hughes. She worked at Detroit Gasket for over 12 years, retiring in 1988.

Mildred was a member of Fremont Baptist Temple, Fremont, OH.

Funeral services will be held Wednesday, July 22 at 1:00 pm at Fremont Baptist Temple, where family and friends are invited to gather from 11:00 am until the time of the service. Burial will follow in Butternut Ridge Cemetery, Clyde, OH.

Mildred was the widow of Gordon F. Lee (who played Santa Claus for many years). She is survived by her children, Barbara (husband, Rev. David) Calvert and Larry (wife Fran) Lee; grandchildren, Matt (wife, Jen) Lee, Scott (wife, Kim) Lee and Missy (husband, Caleb) Metzger; great grandchildren, Madison, Olivia and Avery, Noah, Zack and Mikaela, Benjamin, Hanna and David. She was preceded in death by her siblings, Harry Hughes, Cover “Tubby” Hughes, Leroy Hughes and Lottie Habel.
