Michael L Line

Michael L. Line, 74, of Gas City, IN passed away into the arms of Jesus, surrounded by his family, on July 14, 2019. Born in Marion, IN to Allen E. and the late Margaret I. Line.
Mike was a 1962 Graduate of Mississinewa High School. He retired from Foster Forbes in 2000 when the factory ceased production. He was an avid golfer and a life-long member of Arbor Trace. Mike loved doing crossword puzzles every morning, but he always cheated.
Besides his father, Mike will be missed by: his daughters, Angie (Mike) Estrada, Indianapolis, IN; Angela (Michael) McCollum, Gas City, IN; son, Robert (Correna) First, Fairmount, IN; grandsons, who he adored, Nicholas Estrada, Indianapolis, IN; Cody McCollum, Carmel, IN; Connor McCollum, Muncie, IN; brother, Richard Line, Gas City, IN; sister, Sue (Steve) Line – Wilhoff, Leo, IN; and special cousin Jeff Henkel, Gas City, IN. He is also survived by Tony Lhamon and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Ruth (Ruthie) Line; grandparents, Hillard and Rosella Henkel, and special uncle Robert (Sonny) Henkel.
A Celebration of Life will be held at New Life Fellowship, 201 E.N.A St., Gas City, IN on August 17, 2019 from 12pm – 3pm, with services starting at 2pm. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to your favorite charity in Mike’s honor.
