Michael T. Cox

Michael T. Cox, 65, of Indianapolis, passed peacefully on February 2, 2024. He was born on July 31, 1958, in Indianapolis, to the late Robert Cox and Judith Cox.

Mike was a proud member of the Sons of the American Legion, Post 34. 

Mike was also a dutiful and proud member of the Broad Ripple Broads and Dudes for the Cure, working to find a cure for Breast Cancer.

Mike was employed for 47 years at Reese Central Wholesale. Through Reese, Mike has met and kept many life-long friends.

Mike spent his life giving to others and has received so much in return. 

Mike is survived by his loving wife, Maureen; his soul mate Sister; his mother, Judith Cox; his sister, Julie McCullough (Tim); his in-law family, Tracy Brunner (Pat, deceased), Len and Mary Ellen Bibeau, Patrick and Nancy Schaefer, Karen Webb (Mike, deceased), Chris and Laura Webb, Kellee Johnson and Dwayne Donelson, and Tim and Angie Webb.

Mike is also survived by many nieces and nephews, including greats.

A Celebration of Mike’s Life will be on Saturday, February 10, at Northside Events and Social Club. Service will begin at 11:00 with lunch to follow.
