Melinda Kay Wheeler,

74, was born on April 3, 1948, in Indianapolis, Indiana, to the late Wilfred Bernard “Raymond” Wheeler and the late Mary “Wilma” Lambert Wheeler. Melinda passed away on March 23, 2023, in Brownsburg, Indiana. She was a customs Broker for FedEx Trade Networks.

Melinda was preceded in death by her parents, as well as her brother, William Raymond Wheeler. Surviving to cherish Melinda’s memory are her sons, Allen William Pieper Jr. (Mindy), Mark Scott Pieper (Wendy), and Christopher Matthew Pieper (Monte); and her grandchildren, Loralie Motley (15), Elijah Pieper (11), and Sophia Pieper (1).

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, March 28, 2023, from 4:00pm to 8:00pm at Flanner Buchanan – Floral Park 425 North Holt Road, Indianapolis, Indiana 46222. Inurnment will take place on Thursday, March 30, 2023, at 10:00am in Floral Park Cemetery.
