She was preceded in death by her seventeen siblings and her parents. She is survived by her husband, Joe Hampton, children, Melissa (Jim) Rourke and Emmett (Birdy) Tomlin, grandchildren, Melissa Hansen, Cassidy Baker, Sidney Rourke Phillips and Nick Rourke, four great grandchildren, stepson, Bill Hanes and siblings, Martha Garrison and Dennis Muse.
