She was a graduate of Arsenal Technical High School. She was preceded in death by her husband, John Thomas Book, brother, Harold Taylor and her parents. She is survived by her children, Woody (Benita) Book and Steven (Sharon) Book, John (Gayle) Book and Richard (Susan) Book, grandchildren, Amber Book, Jacob Book, Christopher (Angie) Book, Brian (Angela) Book, Kevin Book, Daniel (Carrie) Book and Christina Hobbs. Visitation will be Friday, October 11, 2024, from 11 am to 1 pm at Flanner Buchanan-Floral Park. Funeral service will be Friday, October 11, 2024, at 1 pm at Flanner Buchanan-Floral Park. Burial will follow at Floral Park Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the donor’s favorite charity.
