Mathias A. Rasnick

Mr. Mathias A. Rasnick 89 of Cincinnati, Ohio formerly Indianapolis died November 26, 2017.  Mathias was born August 04, 1928 in Flat River, MO. Mathias served our country in the United States Navy during WWII and then after the war ended he served in the United States Air Force Reserves.  He was preceded in death by his wife Lillie Mae (Smith) Rasnick and his son Edmond A. Rasnick.  Mathias was an electrician where he worked for Long Electric and retired in 1990.  He was a 50 year member of the I.B.E.W. Local #481 and the Broad Ripple American Legion Post #3.  Graveside services will be held on Monday December 04, 2017 at Oaklawn Memorial Gardens Fishers, IN at 11:00 AM.  Mathias is survived by his children; DuWayne (Patricia) Rasnick, Mark Rasnick and Debbie Rasnick, 5 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren and 2 half-brothers; George (Linda) Smith, Korman (Janet) Smith and a half-sister; Judy Denby.  Flanner Buchanan-Speedway are handling arrangements.
