Mary P. Sampson

Mary (Petropolis) Sampson 87 of Carmel, IN died July 12, 2018.  Mary was born on October 14, 1930 in Joliet, IL to Paul and Margaret (Meltinos) Petropolis.  Mary was a member of Holy Trinity Greek Orthodox Church. Mary married Gerald “Jerry” Sampson on June 21, 1964 and she was preceded in death by Jerry in 2010, and her siblings; Bill Petropolis, Josephine (Tom) Gaines and Nick (Dee) Petropolis.  Calling will be held on Monday July 16, 2018 at Holy Trinity Greek Orthodox Church 3500 West 106^th Street Carmel, IN beginning at 10 am followed by the funeral service at 11 am at the church.  Mary is survived by her daughter Paula (John) Metaxas, her grandchildren; Maria (Matthew) Downham, Sophia Metaxas and Nina Metaxas and her sister; Sophie (Gregory) Toulon and her sister in law; Juliene Petropolis.  Memorial contributions may be given to Holy Trinity Greek Orthodox Church.  Entombment will be in Oaklawn Memorial Gardens Cemetery, Fishers, IN.  Online condolences and a video tribute may be shared at www.flannerbuchanan.com
