Mary Adelaide Ripma

Our mother, Mary Adelaide Johannessen Ripma, passed into heaven at age 90 years young.  Mary was welcomed into the world on May 17^th, 1931 to Vaughn and Adelaide Johannessen and raised in her beloved Cranford, NJ.  Mary and her husband, Don Ripma, raised their six children, John (Valerie), Joe (Jody), Judy Sundstrom (Bob), Becky Carlson (Bob), Rick (Catherine) and Ron (Karen) in Indianapolis, Indiana.  She was a Christian woman who loved her family dearly and had a lifelong love of dollhouse miniatures.

Mary was blessed with 17 grandchildren, 33 great grandchildren and 2 great great grandchildren.

Mary is now reunited with her husband, her parents, her grandson (Michael Ripma), and two brothers, Vaughn (Marilyn) and Lloyd (Betty) in heaven.

Services will be scheduled for Saturday, April 23rd, from 2-4pm in Indianapolis.  In lieu of flowers, please make a donation to your favorite charity in her name.
