Marsha Louise Dueker

Marsha Louise Dueker, 76, passed away peacefully on March 22, 2025, in Brownsburg, IN, after a brief illness. Born in Indianapolis, Marsha was the daughter of the late Ronald Archer and Doris (Boatman) Archer.

Marsha graduated from Ben Davis High School in 1966. Shortly after, she married John Dueker, to whom she was married until his passing in 2004. After living for a while in Indianapolis, they settled in Brownsburg, IN, where they raised their two children and lived for 25 years.

She worked at several companies in bookkeeping, including Brownsburg schools, while her children attended. She was extremely proud of her children and grandchildren. She could often be found attending band contests and theater productions in which they participated.

Marsha is survived by son Scott Dueker and his wife Sandra; daughter Staci (Dueker) Tober and her husband Greg; grandson Derek Dueker and his wife Shari; granddaughter Anna (Tober) Hutton and her husband, Tyler; granddaughter Regan (Dueker) Luna and her husband, Dalton; granddaughter Cassidy Dueker and her fiancé Aaron Robinson; and grandson Michael Tober and his fiancé Carson Pifer. She is also survived by her sister JoAnne (Archer) Kiefer and her husband, Mike; her brother Jim Archer and his wife, Beth; as well as many beloved cousins, nieces, and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, John, and her grandson, Trevor Tober.

A memorial will take place on Saturday, April 12, 2025, at Flanner Buchanan Washington Park North 2706 Kessler Blvd West Drive Indianapolis, IN 46228. Calling will begin at 11 a.m. with a short memorial ceremony starting at noon. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that contributions be made to Brooke’s Place (www.brookesplace.org) in her and Trevor’s name or the National Kidney Foundation (https://www.kidney.org/get-involved#give) in her and John’s name.
