68, of Indianapolis, Indiana, passed away at home with his family on December 24, 2021. He was preceded in death by his father, Lloyd West. He is survived by his mother, Juanita Moore; brother, David West and sister, Elaine West. Funeral service will be Tuesday, January 4, 2022 at 1pm with visitation from 11 am to 1 pm at Flanner Buchanan – Floral Park. Burial will follow at FLoral Park Cemetery.
