Marjorie V. Stewart Borre

Marjorie V. Stewart Borre, 84 of Carmel, passed away on Sunday December 27, 2020. She was born on June 25, 1936 in Boston, MA to the late Martin and Dorothy Linskey.

Marge is survived by her son, Ron (Lori) Borre; grandchildren, Brendan (Alyssa) and Matthew Cloonan, Daniel, William, Thomas, Joshua, Christopher, and Benjamin Borre; and brother, Martin Linskey. She is also survived by her second husband’s children, Gary and Curt (Tammy) Stewart, and Stacey (Dave) Skillman. She is preceded in passing by her first husband, Ronald J. Borre; daughter, Victoria (Kevin) Cloonan; and second husband, James O. Stewart.

Friends and family are invited to gather on Wednesday January 6, 2021 at Our Lady of Mt. Carmel (14598 Oak Ridge Rd., Carmel, IN 46032) from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm (prayer and eulogy at 6 pm). A Mass of Christian Burial will begin at 11:00 am the following morning at the church. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the Merciful H.E.L.P. Center. A brief viewing will take place on Friday January 8, 2020 at Simkins Funeral Home (6251 Dempster Street, Morton Grove, Illinois 60053) at 11:00 am(CST), followed by a procession to Maryhill Catholic Cemetery (8600 North Milwaukee Avenue, Niles, Illinois 60714), where a committal service will begin at 12:00 pm (CST).
