Marjorie “Jane” Hendrick, 85 of New Palestine passed away on January 2, 2019.
Jane was born on February 27, 1933 to the late Richard and Marjorie Severns in Ohio. She retired from A&E Transportation after 40 years of service as a secretary. Jane loved spending time at the Casino, watching NASCAR, football, going shopping and cooking. Above all, she was known for being a loving and devoted mother, grandma, nana, and friend. She will be dearly missed by all who knew her.
She leaves behind her children, Gary Hendrick (Tina), Debbie Hendrick, and Mary Chandler (Robert); grandchildren, Jeremy Cook (Christine), Jonathan Hendrick (Amber), Justin Hendrick, Heather Stanley (Steve), Brittney Chandler, Cody Chandler; great-grandchildren, Eli Chandler, Jackson Cook, Shelby Cook, Camryn Stanley, and Hendrick “Henry” Stanley; sister, Joanmarie Marcum; and her brother, Scott Severns (Trish). She was preceded in passing by the love of her life, John Hendrick and her parents.
Friends and family are invited to gather from 10:00am-2:00pm on Monday, January 7, 2018 with a funeral service to follow at 2:00pm at Flanner Buchanan- Washington Park East.
